1. General

All services and products provided by Lights and Pine are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order or scheduling an installation, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are offered once a deposit or full payment has been made. Any cancellations after scheduling may be subject to a rescheduling fee at our discretion.

3. Warranty

• Full Warranty (2 Years): Applies when both lights and installation are provided by Lights and Pine. Covers product defects and installation workmanship.

• Installation-Only Warranty (2 Years): Applies when the customer supplies their own lights. Warranty covers installation workmanship only — not light quality, product lifespan, or manufacturer defects.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather, animals, misuse, or tampering.

• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Lights and Pine.

• Electrical issues unrelated to the installation.

• Normal wear and tear.

5. Maintenance & Repairs

Post-installation maintenance, repairs, or removal are available upon request and billed separately unless covered under the applicable warranty.

6. Liability

Lights and Pine is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from installation or product failure. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
